Kushagra Bajaj, in 2002 after getting higher education from Carnegie Mellon University and Northwestern University, he had joined Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd (BHL) as Chief Executive. He is not only engaged in his business but he is also active to fulfill his duty towards society. Kushagra Bajaj had joined a group Kamalnayan Jamnalal Bajaj Foundation, through this group he is trying to devote some of his precious time in social service.
